Deborah and Hector’s home is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need for relaxing and cooking. The beds and couch are incredibly comfortable, the 2 outdoor spaces are wonderful for hanging out in. There are tons of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and 2 snorkels. And the golf cart is great! Hector and Deborah are very responsive and helpful - couldn’t ask for better hosts! Palmilla Dunes is beautiful and it’s nice to be far away from the hotel zone. The pool is very special and has really good food. Luis and Sergio will take care of you! 💯 recommend that you experience this incredible place!

J'ai séjourné une quinzaine de jour dans le logement et il est idéalement placé. Pile entre la partie de la ville très agitée (bar, club, sortie nocturne, ...) de la Quintana, et la partie un peu plus calme du quartier Zazil Ha. Tout en restant proche de la plage. Le logement en lui même est propre et très agréable, lit confortable cuisine équipée et espace salon parfait pour une soirée Coupe du Monde. Sans compter les avantages proposés par l'immeuble (salle de sport, piscines, ...). Je recommande vivement !

This gem in Palmilla Dunes is the perfect spot for a fabulous vacation. Everything you could possibly need is included and the golf cart is an added bonus. The condo is stunning and exactly as described. Deborah is an excellent host, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area and genuinely cares about your stay. The Club at Palmilla Dunes is beautiful and the amenities included with the condo are plentiful. The beach at Palmilla is gorgeous, swimmable and only a short distance from the condo! Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as a small but lovely grocer. I absolutely love this area and will look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Deborah for making my time in Palmilla truly memorable:)

We had a great stay at Deborah’s condo and would absolutely come back. Communication was excellent. We reached out to Hector before arrival and he helped coordinate transportation, including car seats for our toddler, and shared clear pricing and payment options. He was also very responsive during our stay. The condo itself was more spacious than expected, especially the kitchen and living area. Beds were very comfortable, and everything was well stocked with towels, beach gear, and essentials. The covered patio was one of our favorite spots, and the rooftop was a great bonus. The golf cart was a huge plus and made getting around the community easy. The pool was great, but the beach was our favorite. A couple quick notes: there’s a small market nearby but it’s on the pricier side, and the main grocery store is about a mile away and not accessible by golf cart. Also, if you have young kids, the rooftop stairs require supervision. Overall, such an easy, comfortable stay! Recommend!

Our Vail properties range from ski-in/ski-out access to a 5-minute shuttle ride. In Cabo San Lucas, our Palmilla Dunes condo is a short walk to the beach, and our beachfront properties offer direct ocean access. We're happy to provide specific details for each property.
Is parking available at your properties?
Yes! All of our mountain properties include dedicated parking—many with heated garages for those snowy days. Our Cabo properties have secure parking as well, and the Palmilla Dunes condo includes a golf cart for getting around the resort.
Do the properties have hot tubs or pools?
Most of our mountain properties feature private hot tubs—perfect for après-ski relaxation. Our Cabo properties have access to resort pools, and some have private plunge pools. Check individual property listings for specific amenities.
