Perfect Location on Creek with Ski Slope Views

Loved the condo! Already booked it again for next year! Host Dina was very helpful from start to finish and very responsive when we had questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dina's condo. It was clean and had everything you could need. The bedroom is lovely and the bed comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk away from the free shuttle bus stop so super easy and quick to get into town and yet peaceful and quiet. Communication was clear and quick. We would definitely recommend staying here, and if we return we would book again. We were here in winter to ski but in summer the balcony with the creek at the back would be lovely.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. Great unit overlooking a lovely brook. The kitchen has all that’s needed for our stay.

The condo is very neat and clean. I like the view of the boulders and babbling brook below the deck and sliding doors. The decor is classic modern mountain, which I like. The bed was great. The location about a mile away was convenient to Vail Village. I objected because the owners expect the guests to register their own cars to the parking lot using a cell app called Simply Permits or risk being booted. This seemed to me like asking a lot of guests at the last minute since it was impossible to register in advance. Fortunately Dina decided to register the car for me so the worry about being able to make the software work was alleviated. Guests should be prepared to shovel the walkways and get their own propane if they want to grill. I was elated to see Comcast cable that I have in Denver. The kitchen has good appliances and a sparkling fridge. The gas fireplace works well but it has to heat the whole room if needed. The parking lot was great and almost on same level.

Nice place for ski/snowboard vacation stay. The landlord is very nice and the communication is smooth!

This Airbnb was incredible! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute drive to Vail Village, where you’ll find countless amazing restaurants. The highlight, though, is the outdoor space. The serene creek and soothing sounds of nature create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Vail!

Beautiful unit with everything one might want! Far enough from the highway so you don’t hear the noise. Added plus is the small stream running right out the balcony. Kitchen is fully loaded with every thing a cook may need.

The host provided a very detailing instructions of everything I need during my stay. The unit is well equipped, and I can find everything I needed in the unit. It was a very comfortable stay.

Over the past 20+ years I have made numerous trips from the front range to Vail and other mountain towns and this location was one of the most picturesque and tranquil that I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The sound of the water flowing down over the rocks of the stream that is just outside the front deck was absolutely lovely…and especially beautiful covered in the new fallen snow…hope to be able to stay here again in the summertime.

We enjoyed our stay at Brooktree. The condo is lovely, with a well-stocked kitchen and room to move around and relax in the living room. The bed is very comfortable, and the host was easy to work with. It's about a three minute walk to the Sandstone Creek Club bus stop, which drops you off at the Vail Transportation Center in about 7-8 minutes. From the condo to the base of the gondola is about 20 minutes if you time the bus schedule right.

Dina's condo in Vail is in a beautiful location next to a creek and very convenient public transit. The condo was very comfortable and cozy for a fun winter stay in Vail.

Great place and would stay again!

We have stayed at Dina’s property annually over the past 9 years, month long stays during the ski season. We return every year as this is an exceptional unit. It is a fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountain and the creek that flows next to the condo. Dina is easy to communicate with and provides quick response to any questions or concerns. The condo is the perfect size for the two of us. King bed is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen including coffee, creamer, sugar, salt & pepper and variety of spices. Fireplace in living room keeps condo warm and cozy. Unit has its own Wi-Fi and the Cable TV has a lot of channel offerings. Her cleaning staff does an excellent job. Laundry is in the adjacent B building, new washers and dryers will be installed April 2024, contactless app payment system. Plenty of free parking right in front of the unit, permit required. No need to drive your vehicle to ski as the bus stop is close by, the Sandstone bus. Bus schedule information is in the condo. We love this condo and treat it as our home away from home. Loved our stay at Dina's place! One of the few mountain condos we've stayed at that actually felt like home and not just a sterilized box with generic mountain decor. It felt clean but homey, we had all the supplies we needed, super comfy bed, the view out the balcony window is nice in winter. And great host communication. Would stay again!

Location is great, right in the middle of east and west Vail. The place was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the creek in the back and was just gorgeous while we there with all the snow cover. Dina was great and answered all questions within minutes. This place is worth it if you are coming to Vail.

Dina’s place was very clean with a nice view of the little creek under the balcony. I appreciated all of the amenities as well, especially the fireplace. Dina provided a lot of instructions of how to get to the location, and how to care for the home that we found a bit overwhelming but definitely helped. Her instructions were life savers! My only complaint (is out of her hands unfortunately)… there were very noisy neighbors that woke us up waaaay too early in the morning. But overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed the space!

Great location-

I was very disappointed with the stay. I planned this trip to have a relaxing anniversary trip with my husband. Instead, we walked into a fixer upper. We had to continuously monitor the leaky window, the fireplace didn’t work (heat source for living room), had to move the tiny heater back and forth, and the bathtub didn’t drain. The bathtub filled up to our ankles when we showered and took a while to drain. Contacted host with the problems and the only resolution was to use the tiny heater (size of a normal water bottle) and gave us the code to get more towels to dry the leaky window. Also, the downstairs neighbors were doing their remodel throughout the whole day so there was not much quiet time.

We enjoyed our stay in Vail. Loved the creek right outside the balcony. The fall colors were so beautiful. We cooked on the grill almost every day of our vacation. Took a drive up to Pinney Lake too. Wonderful getaway. Thank you.

What a great condo we loved that it was adjacent to a flowing stream and could relax while having your morning coffee. The location was great and we were able to ride our bikes to the resort. The condo was very well equipped with everything that you could need, we would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised! Dina was an amazing host and responded to any questions we had throughout our stay ASAP. We will be staying again next summer!

Dina saved our trip! We needed a place to stay last minute and Dina was very responsive in allowing us to confirm her place quickly! Once we got there the place was even better than the pictures- great location, clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in away from home. All around great!

Comfortable and cozy condo with great access to trails. My husband and I worked remotely from vail for a few weeks and the internet speed was decent, though I had to hot spot off my phone a few times. Has reception so it was ok. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was great lighting. Loved that you can see and hear the creek from the living room. Would stay again!

We booked this last minute due to our honeymoon being cancelled to Hurricane Fiona hitting the Dominican so we were worried about what we would get last minute but we were more than happy with this location. The house was absolutely perfect and we will be coming back here every time we make it back to Vail.

The location worked fine for us going into Vail village each day.

A good spot away from the hustle and bustle of Vail but close enough to get to the 2 centers. The condo is comfortable for 2 people and the kitchen is well-equipped to cook in. The only issue was the upstairs neighbor was loud as they got ready for work in the early morning. So if you are a light-sleeper might not work for you. And, the tub didn't drain for us. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Babbling brook was delightful right outside balcony door. Offset parking lot noises outside bedroom window. Not a problem because there was a sound machine provided. (We used earplugs). Good value for Vail. Clean. Great communication.

Fantastic place walking distance from the village / near the bus line. Dina's place was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The stream right off the balcony was so lovely to sit and listen to at night. Would highly recommend and will definitely restay if we make it back to Vail.

This was a very clean and well stocked Airbnb. We stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding and it was a great location.

Great place to stay!

Dina's condo was comfortable and what we needed for our stay. The bathroom door was shut when we arrived, and was like a sauna upon entering. We opened the door to cool it down, which helped, until the door was closed for any reason. the thermostat was on 60 and could not alter the temperature. The biggest issue we encountered was the noise from the upstairs neighbors. The noise itself, inhibited good sleep, as we could hear every sound above us. The condo itself is a great condo, just those 2 issues we encountered.

This place is excellent. The condo is perfectly clean, very comfortable with big things like a huge comfortable bed to the little things like specific kitchen equipment, and convenient to have as a peaceful base for enjoying Vail with a little brook right outside the patio. If you cook or just want to get out of the hotel zone feel at the base of the gondolas, this place is ideal.

Dina’s place was great! We had a car, so it was a quick, 5-minute drive to the villages. The condo balcony overlooks a beautiful little creek. The only downside was that on hotter days, it was harder to cool off the condo enough for sleep (no a/c but there are fans), but you can center this by leaving the screen patio open at night. Wonderful stay overall.

TV in the bedroom did not work and the bathtub was clogged and filling up with water and stuff from the drain every time I showered. I guess all in all it wasn't too bad the quite honestly I would probably never rent the place again.

Clean place in a great location, only a short drive or shuttle ride to the ski lifts and villages.

Amazing place! You do have to get a bus into vail village or walk for about 25 min (but only 10 min to lionshead village), but that’s said in the description so no surprises and it’s super easy. The place itself is very nice and overlooks a creek which was perfect for feeling like an intimate getaway. The pictures don’t do it justice. Communication was easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wow... what a great property and owner! Highly recommend renting this condo. Very comfortable and the sound of the creek off the balcony makes it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Dina (owner) provides excellent customer service and communication. We arrived late at night, and there was a small leak in the bathroom sink. I texted Dina, and she replied immediately and had a plumber at the property first thing the next morning. 20 minutes later all was good. Looking forward to renting the same condo in the future. Perfect location as well. Close enough, yet far enough away from downtown Vail. Thanks for everyhting Dina, you have a new loyal customer!
