Lovely place to stay and in a great central location of PDC. The whole complex was amazing from the friendly reception staff to the fantastic rooftop pools! The apartment was clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Every touch has been thought of 😄

La ubicación es perfecta ya que puedes moverte caminando para todos lados. El enterno del edificio es increible, con mucha vegetación desde la terraza y silencioso. El área de las piscinas entretenida y gym equipado. Sin duda volveríamos.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

Our stay with Dina was fantastic. As first-time travelers with our 4-month-old son, we were a bit anxious about how everything would go. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, and having access to the rooftop pool was a great perk with an infant. Dina was incredibly responsive and always quick to address any questions or concerns.

Dina’s place was exactly as described. There was nothing that I needed that wasn’t there in the condo. The Ipana building is clean and the pools were nice. The location is good as it is near 5th Ave restaurants shops and the beach (just a few blocks). The bed was very comfortable which is REALLY important to me. Communication from Dina was very fast which In appreciate as well. I def recommend.

I had a great time! Prime location in PDC with restaurants, cafes and shops within a short walk. I enjoyed the multiple pools on the roof and the bar there which had good drinks for reasonable prices compared to elsewhere. The parking garage was a big plus for us.

I thought this was the perfect spot. I honestly don’t have any complaints and I’m glad there is a gym and pool along with A/C and laundry on site

Very clean and attractive apartment! Bedroom is really nice; the bed was my favourite thing about this place!! The gym had just about everything needed and the rooftop pool area was great and never busy. Perfect location and very responsive hosts. Thanks for having us x

Dina's place was amazing!! Located just around the corner from the a grocery store and a few blocks from the beach, the location was amazing. On a quieter street up from busy 5th ave but a short walk away from amazing restaurants! Highly recommend staying here :)

Awesome place to stay. Exactly like shown in photos. Clean and out of noise. Close to beach and restaurants. We loved it. There was 7 eleven on the building which made easier for us to grab any drinks or candies for my son. It was our first time using airbnb and it was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was easy to find and the free underground parking was great. The apartment is well designed and had absolutely everything we needed and was well planned for the space with lots of attention to small but helpful details. The balcony over looks a peaceful garden and the bed was huge and comfy. The four rooftop pools are fab and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. It’s a 5min walk to a great supermarket and the main strip with lots of lovely restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it if you’re a couple staying in PDC for a few days / a week. Thank you!

Great booking, you can tell Dina has really thought about all aspects of the guests stay, every details is considered. Whilst slightly more expensive than other bookings in the area, it certainly is worth it

Dina is a wonderful host and is meticulous in her care and maintenance of her home in Playa del Carmen. She is pleasant, very responsive and always willing to help. Her management team in Playa are excellent in accommodating requests. The condo is beautiful, located overlooking greenery and a fountain water feature. The condo has all the essential supplies. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay and highly recommend Ipana A109.

Dina's place was exactly as its shown. very well laid out for 2 people. The perfect size. Clean, modern, and close to 5th Avenue. Grocery store was out the door and around the corner in the same block. It is very walkable. it was an amazing place to stay. They answered all my questions the first day very quickly. I appreciated their help.

Great place to stay! Awesome location just steps away from the restaurants and jungle vibes of Calle 38. We were able to walk to a different coffee or breakfast spot every morning. And the location was great for driving too, easy to park, easy to get in and out of Playa Del Carmen. Also the rooftop pool was awesome great perk. 3 of the 4 pools are heated so even when it got a little cooler at night you could enjoy the water until 10pm. Rooftop bar closes at 8pm but you can bring your own drinks up and utilize their cooler bag to keep your beers frosty while enjoying the pool. Would definitely come back!

Dina and her husband have such a lovely place, well situated and so well equipped! It is so welcoming that even on her handmade handbook, it says “Welcome to your home”. It shows that they are experienced travellers and have thought of alot of details that others have not. We were many friends that have rented in the same building and ours was by far the best! From the comfort of the furniture to the body lotions and the access to drinkable water, they thought of everything! We would definitely recommend their place and would want to stay there again, if they’ll have us!☺️

This was a great Airbnb. Everything was perfect, easy, great communication, very comfortable, great amenities. Dina and Jimena always answered quickly, were very sweet and helped with requests quickly and efficiently. No criticisms! Loved loved our stay. Thank you!

Ipana condo A109 was extremely well equipped and had a very comfortable bed. The AC had a bit of a mind of its own at times, but we enjoyed our time there. Tower A is very quiet. It's a short walk down to 5th Avenue for a myriad of shopping / eating / drinking options. We did not like the local beach, but thankfully the pool area on the roof is fabulous and gets LOTS of sun all day. There is a large supermarket just around the corner, which we used to buy breakfast and lunch items. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times.

Dina’s place was perfect. It truly felt like home. The bed was extremely comfortable to the point that I didn’t want to get up. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend

Le condo est moderne, très propre, très calme et presque parfait, avec tous les services très proches, une (4 en fait) magnifique piscine sur le toit, salon de massage avec massothérapeutes professionnelles et excellentes. Dina répond rapidement et efficacement à tous les échanges. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.

We had a wonderful stay at Dina’s condo. Our experience was above expectations, the unit and building was super clean and safe (24/7 security on site). You have access to all amenities and services, and this rooftop pool is so gorgeous! We highly recommend this place and will come back with no doubt.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Dina’s place. We felt right at home and the place was very comfortable for our 8 night stay. The condo had all the amenities we needed which made it so nice for us not having to worry about going out to get things since it was already there. The place was clean and very safe. It was like a fairy tale. The hosts were very helpful with providing insight on things to do and places to go. The condo had everything you needed and it was beautiful! Safe, pleasant and convenient! Restaurants, convenience stores grocery stores and Fifth Avenue were all in walking distance and the neighborhood was safe. I can't wait to visit again, I'm definitely going to use this amazing condo!😃

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay and enjoyed the use of the 4 rooftop pools. The condo is quiet and the bed is super comfortable. The huge supermarket was great and within 5mins walk. The beach was 10mins walk and 5th Ave less than 5mins walk away. We felt right at home and the facilitates within the complex and condo are all top class. We made use of the free parking in the underground garage as had a hire car. The hot and cold water dispenser was great as we always had cold drinking water and hot water for tea/coffee. The only thing to mention would be that we mistakenly disposed of the empty large water bottle for the dispenser as we thought these were recycled as trash. We didn’t realise these should not of been taken out of the apartment as these are refilled and reused. The mistaken disposal has cost us £10 in damage fees. We would highly recommend Dina’s condo to all. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful home, beautifully decorated and very clean, I loved that we had coffee sugar, milk and all kinds of spices. I would absolutely stay at Dina’s again.

Dina’s place is everything she says it is and more. My wife and I were blown away by her condo and the complex itself. This place has everything you need.grocery store, convenience store, and pharmacy. The rooftop pools are second to none. Dina really put a lot of effort into this place to make sure everything was perfect. Quinta Avenida is only a 3 minute walk. The complex sits on 38 street which is the most beautiful street in the city! Plus I really don’t think you will get more value for your money than at this place.

We had the BEST time staying at Dina’s place! We loved the location (we walked everywhere), the comfortable bed (seriously comfortable!), and the pool area(s). We can’t wait to come back! We definitely would love to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Walking distance to lots of restaurants & the beach but not down in the craziness of 5th ave. Tree lined streets are nearby with cool restaurants. The area is Calle 38 & very relaxed & residential. There is a brand new Chedraui Selecto grocery store right outside the condo so you can get whatever you need for your stay. Dina’s condo is spotless & well stocked with all the basics you need. the in unit washer is a great amenity & allows you to pack lighter as you know you can do laundry if needed. The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The 4 rooftop pools are great! Lots of seating around the pool & we loved that cooler was provided to use at the pool. I will definitely return to this listing again!

Great apartment in an ideal location close to many well known restaurants, coffee shops and other spots.

The apartment is thoughtfully designed very well equipped. It has everything we needed for a week of staycation. The location is quiet enough for work and rest but easily walkable to a huge nice grocery store, restaurants and beaches. The rooftop is awesome, which has plenty seatings and pools. We highly recommend Dina’s place and would love to come back!

Everything you need is in the Airbnb! Having drinking water was a huge plus. The set up was beautiful, and the bed felt as comfortable as a hotel bed.

Loved my stay here, it was perfect for a solo traveller looking for a remote work break. The location is excellent as it’s walking distance to everything but is slightly away from the busiest part of 5th ave. The bottom of 38th St (the street this place is on) ended up being one of my favourite areas to eat and watch the World Cup games in a jungle environment. The bed is also outrageously comfortable, would stay again!

This condo was not what we expected when we showed up but turned out to be perfect. It is a high rise and brand new. The location could not be more convenient if you don’t have a car. 5th Ave is two blocks away; the beach is three blocks away. We walked everywhere. We explored local neighbors, the beach and all of 5th Ave. Grocery store around the corner, on 10th Ave I think, is amazing. So many great places to eat in walking distance. Washer and dryer is a little hard to figure out if you don’t know Spanish but we figured it out and it worked great. Carmen and Jimena were very responsive if we had any questions. Just get What’s App and they will text you back quickly. Don’t miss all the pools, they are unbelievable on the roof top. For the price this is an amazing place, we can‘t wait to go back. Very comfortable mattress, impeccably clean and great location. I especially loved the large rooftop pool and exercise room. If ever back in the area I would stay again!

The best sleep on vacation! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and it was the best sleep I have ever gotten away from home! Black out curtains, super soft sheets and cold a/c, helped too! Newer property, quiet location within a 5 minute walk to the beautiful, tree lined area of Calle 38 with several restaurants. Beach is only about 10 minutes walk from condo. Dina was very responsive and check in/out was easy. The condo is tastefully decorated and extremely clean & comfortable, with everything you need including filtered water dispenser, kitchen necessities including spices, washer/dryer and laundry supplies, beach chairs & towels, and rolling cooler bag. Nice gym onsite and 4 rooftop pools, including a heated pool and bar service with very reasonable prices. Incredible Kosher restaurant Moshe Cube is right next to the property and has great food & service. Also a pharmacy is 1 minute walk and a very large grocery store is about 5 minute walk.

This place was stunningly beautiful, footsteps away from 5th avenue and smelled wonderful. I booked this place to solo travel and explore PDC, and it was great. Many food options are located on the 5th Avenue strip and the people working the front desk were helpful. I had a small issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the property manager. The rooftop pools provided a serene and quiet space for swimming and relaxation. Would most definitely book again. 10/10

The building, especially the 4 roof top pools with bar service are stunning and an amazing place to hang out in the heat. The apartment is well located and you can easily walk to most of the bars and restaurant around 5th avenue. The apartment itself is modern and well appointed, we had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This property is one to consider if it’s available. It feels like luxury and the location has everything you want to do within a block or two. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks away. The roof top pools is something you will truly enjoy. Unless your going all inclusive, I would chose this property over a hotel.

This place if perfect to stay close to 5th for anything and everything. Dina’s staff is very quick to respond if any need arises. I highly recommend this place for your next Playa Getaway!

We came and stayed 4 days and had a wonderful time. The bed is ultra comfortable, the location cannot be beat, and the surrounding restaurants are excellent! Room was spotless and the room was pretty quiet. Only a dew blocks from the beach or lots of shops. But if a way's away from more touristy destinations (not that we cared - we were in it for the food). Check in was very easy and communication was excellent too.

Lovely unit in a new and modern building. Clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the pool deck and the short 5-minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores are nearby and the building is only a block from 5th Avenue. Enjoy.

The appartment is very complete, you will have everything you need, and the location is perfect. It is in the center, but still very quiet. We slept very well. We also loved the pools and the gym the property has to offer. If you are planning on going to Playa I would definitely recommend staying at Dina’s place.

Dina’s condo was even more than we could have expected! The photos don’t even do it justice! More than well equipped with everything you may need! The bed is so comfortable and the patio was perfect for our morning smoothies with the relaxing sound of the water fountain in the below courtyard. Perfect location, breathtaking pools, amazing security and staff! Everyone was quick to respond and support with any question we may have had! We would be more than thrilled to stay at the Ipana condos again!

We loved, loved, loved this condo. The building itself is pretty new, and super well designed - so many little details and quality finishing (especially by Mexican standards!) made this place a pleasure to stay in. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, from stylish and quality furnishings, to the soothing decor. But most importantly, the attention to detail blew my mind - I've stayed in lots of AirBnBs and Dina has thought of EVERYTHING. Hooks galore (you can never have enough hooks to hang things while on vacation), to nifty storage areas, even a black washcloth for removing makeup so you don't leave stains! I have never felt like an owner of a property GETS what it's like to stay in a home away from home, and has provided everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. And as promised, the bed was luxuriously soft and comfortable - something that owners often cheap out on! The A/C was more than sufficient, and all appliances were in great working order. And the rooftop pool - the pictures in the listing don't do it justice! You'd think it's just one narrow pool, but in fact there are several pools, some heated, some with shallow areas for lounging or letting kids play. The patio furniture was really sturdy and comfortable, and we ended up spending most of our time here, especially since the beach was covered in seaweed (a seasonal scourge called sargassum). You're within close walking distance to 5th Ave., but far enough away not to be bothered by any of the action. My only teeny tiny complaint is that the complex is on the quieter end of town, so there aren't as many restaurants just outside the door. For some people, this might be a plus. There's a grocery store a couple of blocks away too, and the concierges at the front desks are very helpful in helping you find what you need. I would definitely stay here again!

Mon frère et moi avons adoré notre séjour chez Dina. Les communications étaient claires et rapides avec l’hôte. Le condo était comme sur les photos et à la hauteur de nos attentes, très propre, lumineux et les piscines sur le toit sont justes parfaites pour profiter du beau temps. L’emplacement est idéal et à distance de marche de l’épicerie, dépanneurs, de la plage et du bon café Choux Choux :) Je relouerais sans hésiter ce condo lors d’une prochaine visite!

Beautiful place to stay!

Very cool, new, cozy spot in Playa Del Carmen! Booked this place a day before checkin after deciding to stay a few extra days. The rooftop pool was huge (a section of the pool is heated at night), the gym was nice and had a good variety of equipment. There is 24hr security, a key fob that allows entry past 9pm, and the people at the desk were kind and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. The gym was nice, owner very responsive and well stocked/decorated unit. Rooftop pools were very nice as well.

Great apartment, amazing location. Very close to 5th Ave and all the shopping / restaus, but also very quiet !! Bed is super comfortable. Check-in was easy and the front desk even secured us a taxi for our return to Cancun. Also rooftop pools were very nice with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Dina's place in Playa is incredible! I loved the location, there are so many great places to eat and drink within walking distance, and just minutes to get down to the beach. I was nervous about it being right downtown because I'm a light sleeper, but the windows seem to be very good quality and the building was quiet at night. The rooftop has a number of different pools and tons of lounge chairs. There were always places available no matter what time of day it was. The condo is completely stocked with everything that we needed to cook some meals, and more importantly, have coffee in the morning. Everything seems well thought out and Dina pays a lot of attention to detail. She was very quick to respond to my questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
