Great place!

Dina was a great host, and this was a great unit to base out of. It's got a lot of light for a basement, and had everything we needed.

3rd time staying here and meets expectations every time. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Only minutes to get downtown or on the highway. Always found parking in front at all hours. Fast WiFi. Uber downtown is about $8-$10. Kitchen and Laundry are a big benefit over a hotel.

Great place for a Denver based stay. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Easy to get on interstate if you are going the mountains etc. Uber to downtown is about $8-$10 if you don’t want to drive. Lots of amenities make you feel at home. Great and fast communication. Will stay again if in Denver.

This is the best rental flat I've experienced in the U.S. Well-designed and well kept, clean, and convenient not only to restaurants, but to grocery stores, pharmacies, parks, and the local library! A beautiful, walkable neighborhood that was fascinating to explore.

10/10 would stay here again! Felt like home the moment I walked in. Very comfy bed, all the amenities you could need, great shower, and walkable to local coffee shops and Empower Field. Thanks Dina!

My husband and I stayed at Dina’s apartment for three nights. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and we enjoyed walking through it on our way to nearby restaurants. Dina provided great instructions and was easy to communicate with. Overall, this is one of the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are very pleased with our stay, the apartment is exactly as described, there is nothing missing to make you feel at home. It was our first stay in Denver and in the USA we are very happy that we chose this apartment, the area is quiet and peaceful, we felt safe and comfortable. This was the perfect apartment for our last minute trip to Denver! The space is really efficiently designed and has nice finishes - felt like a good hotel. Others mentioned the bed was very comfortable, but we found it way too soft - so just know that If you’re particular about your mattress! There is a pack n play there for your baby. Dina was really easy to communicate with and gave us good reccs for restaurants… there are so many great spots in walking distance!

Plenty of space for a couple. Very clean, nice shower and good location. Just be aware you don’t have control of the air and there will be noise from upstairs.

Very cozy, finished basement/garden level apartment. Comfy king sized bed, dimmable lights throughout. Street parking was never an issue, full kitchen was nice to use as we stayed there several nights. Even through the thermostat was upstairs, we were able to adjust the temp by adjusting the air vents. Would stay there again!

Had a fantastic stay here! Amazing (like seriously, AMAZING) location in a beautiful historic district that is close to most things in Denver. Easy parking, easy check-in and check-out, and total privacy. A perfect little home away from home.

You can expect that you will have everything you need and Dina’s place. I stayed for two months and ALL the basics are there and then some. It’s a great deal for the area and such a convenient spot to access highways quickly or head straight into downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet. I felt safe staying there alone. I know that before I booked my stay here there were some reviews said it was very loud, but I didn’t think this was the case at all. Yes, you hear noises from above you but if you are used to living with others, then the noise shouldn’t bother you at all. I found the noise rather comforting in the sense it helped me feel less lonely. There was ALWAYS parking right in front of the apartment which was very nice. There are plenty of luxurious linens and towels. The place is kept very clean. The bed and pillows are like clouds. The sofa is large and also very soft. I would highly recommend this place.

Dina’s home was exceptional. It has everything you could possibly need. She is very responsive and is willing to help in any way she can. Clean, cute, and cozy! I highly recommend and location to all things Denver is perfect!

Wow! We loved our stay. So close to EVERYTHING! Bed is so comfortable and the area is great. We had reservations regarding our hr street parking, but don’t. It’s very safe, reproducible and easy. We will stay here over and over!!!

Dinas air bnb was perfect for us. We stayed for a long weekend and the apartment had everything for us while we were there. She responded to texts immediately and quickly restocked anything we needed.

You can expect to arrive to exactly what you see in the photos! The apartment is equipped with everything you need (from toiletries to laundry soap to any kind of cooking utensil you can think of) and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. This is my second stay at Dina’s place and I would not hesitate to stay again. Dina and her husband are incredibly respectful of your privacy and courteous. For example, I stayed throughout the winter months this stay and they provided shovel service and salt (so thoughtful!) without me asking. Don’t hesitate, this is a great place to stay!

Our unit worked great for the two of us! Felt like we were in our own one bedroom apartment. Washer/Dryer was an added bonus.

Perfect space for a visit to Denver!

The quality of everything in the apartment from furniture to the apartment itself was top notch! I would definitely stay again. If you want to just chill inside or explore Denver, this is the perfect spot to do so.

The photos are accurate! Really nice finishings, comfortable bed, nice couch. We really disliked the garden level - you hear a lot from upstairs, can’t control the temperature of your apartment and we were constantly finding spiders on our stuff. For what it is, it’s great for a week but not much longer. We stayed for a month at a high price point which is normal for that neighborhood but it didn’t quite work for our needs. The neighborhood is hard to beat though!!

We selected this place based on other reviewers. Did not seem anything like what was described. We have stayed in several AirBnb in this area and this was our least favorite. Updates on bed and couch are needed.

Would most definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, instructions were extremely detailed, owners take pride in the place they provide for out of town travelers. Outside of the occasional footsteps, this place did not feel like a basement. Huge bonus to have every light with a dimmer. Owners went above and beyond during a recent snowstorm, taking the preventative measures and even making sure the walkways were clear of snow. Easy to find. Excellent location. One of, if not, my favorite stays.

The hosts are very professional. The space is Great. It has ‘high end’ finishes and is ‘cozy’. The Kitchen has every ingredient and every modern appliance, except for a full size Fridge. The Kitchen has a ‘mini fridge’ which makes it difficult to cook there. And if you cook, there’s not enough space to store left overs. For a short stay of 4 or 5 days, this place is Super Great. But I stayed for 4 weeks and I didn’t even try to cook there. Also, if you use your phone on speaker phone there, the hosts can hear you and I could hear them.

Our first time to Denver and Dina helped make our stay great! She was always very responsive. The home was clean and comfy. You can hear footsteps and things upstairs but that is described to you prior to booking. We will definitely book with Dina again if ever back in Denver!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dina's place. The apartment was exactly how it was described and was perfect for a downtown getaway. We thought the bed was very comfortable and loved having big pillows on the bed.

Dina’s place was perfect for what we needed! Right near all of the things…restaurants/grocery stores/gas/walkable to fun areas and very close driving distance to all others! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The bed was SO comfy and the washing machine was a nice perk while being away for a few days hiking and such! Dina was also very responsive and accommodating with a bit later of a check out. Thank you!!

Dina’s place was just as expected. Check in instructions were clear and easy. It was a little cold when we arrived but she was quick to respond to adjust the thermostat, located in the main house. As mentioned, they live upstairs so there was some upstairs noise but we weren’t around enough such that it was bothersome.

I was in town to visit my daughter who lives in the neighborhood and couldn’t have been more pleased with the space! It was ideal for 2 people

This place is amazing. Big comfy bed, big tv with comfy couches, nice kitchen. Location is great, with easy access to all of the highways and neighborhoods. Highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time staying at Dina's place; the couch is so comfy and the appliances use smart technology control, very cool. Got a lot of questions answered before our booking. Dina gave us full privacy and made sure we had a peaceful un-disturbing stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and everything Denver offered us during the trip including dining, hospitality and hiking. We had a great stay! Place was just as shown, very comfortable apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk around and get a feel for living in Denver. Having a full kitchen was great for being able to make a quick breakfast and repurposing leftovers. King size bed was so comfy! The living room was very relaxing for lounging after long days of exploring. Nice big TV. No noise at all from upstairs, just creaking wood floors a bit which was barely noticeable. 5 stars! Don’t think, just book it!

Place was just as described. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Huge TV, cable and WiFi. You can definitely hear noises from upstairs as others have pointed out, but never distracting or late at night. Parking is always easy to find.

Completely LOVED our stay at Dina's! The basement unit was super comfortable, very roomy and clean. Within walking distance to bars/restaurants/dispensaries/etc. and the neighborhood itself is very nice to walk through. We mostly took walks or stayed in because of Covid, and Dina's place was perfect: great food delivery options and a sweet tv and couch. This was our first time in Denver and when we come back we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

This place is super beautiful and homey! I loved my short stay at Dina’s place. It was super clean thanks to Ashley, who I met a bit upon arrival. Being that the listed place is the lower level of Dina’s home.. I was a bit nervous, but after a while I felt comfortable. You will hear footsteps and slight talking but nothing super major. This is next to one of the best stays I’ve had.

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is a nice walk up to the neighborhood park. Street parking was not an issue and we were very grateful. We would recommend and stay again if we came back to Denver.
